We first met Colleen in 2009 while looking for someone to watch our 10-year-old chinchilla, Blizzard, and our new home. It was a

difficult time for our family because my Dad normally pet-sat for us, but he was now quite sick and frail. Colleen immediately made us all feel calm and cared for; we felt we could unquestionably trust her with our family pet and our new home. Colleen has looked after our pet and home now twice and frankly, I would trust her with anything. She is one of those hard-working, reliable, honest ‘good people’.

Colleen has a big heart and an even bigger understanding of animals. She learns their personality, quirks, likes and dislikes. When we return from holidays we can tell Blizzard is in good spirits and has been well cared for. This peace of mind allows us to fully enjoy our vacation - knowing our pet and our home are safe. We feel very fortunate to know Colleen, and we would recommend her to anyone. Given a choice, I would not even think of using another pet sitter.
