 In order to confirm a reservation, a no-charge consultation is arranged for us to meet you and your pet, and to discuss your needs. To guarantee your booking, we require a completed contract and payment prior to the dates your pet will be in our care. Without a deposit, we cannot hold the dates for you as we receive many inquiries.
You can also guaranteed your booking by making your payment through Paypal (we still require a first meeting for new clients). You will still sign a contract, but this can be done any time before you leave. Please inquire about special rates for long term stays. If you can't find what you are looking for on our site, that doesn't mean we don't offer it. If you need a unique service, contact us to make special arrangements. Pet sitting cancellation policies will apply. HOME SECURITY CHECK AND PET VISITWeekly: $120/per week (3 times per week)
Monthly: $480/per month (12 times per month)
DOG WALKSAdd $15 to Pet Visit for a 45 minute walk.
OVERNIGHT HOME AND PET SITTINGPrices include daily security checks of entire house, pick up mail, water plants, general care of the yard, some snow removal, pet company. Nightly: $225/per 3 nights
Weekly: $450/per week
Weekends: $250 (Friday night, Saturday day/night, Sunday day)
Monthly: $1200/per month
(Packages available; prices vary according to services provided) Note: We do take dogs and cats into our home on an individual basis and need. We will take 2 dogs from the same home. If we have cats that stay no dogs are taken for that period of time.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIESPAYMENTPayments for walking or sitting service are to be paid in full at the time of booking for new clients or on the first day service begins for regular clients. We accept only cash or personal check. All checks must be made out to "sit, stay. - Collen Scissons". TRAVEL SURCHARGEOur base is indicated in our service area map. After the first 40km of travel, a surcharge of $0.40/km is applied to your final total. CANCELLATIONSAll cancellations for pet sitting services will be subject to a $25.00 service fee. All cancellations for overnights will be subject to a 25% service fee of total. To notify us of a cancellation, you can leave a voice mail message at the office. HOLIDAY PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONSAll reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations two weeks prior to first visit are 50% refundable for entire schedule. Cancellations less than one week's notice is non-refundable. HOLIDAY CHARGEHoliday charges will be $25 additional per day for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve. VISITS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 PM AND 6:00 AMVisits made between the hours of 8:00 pm and 6:00 am are subject to an additional $10 "tuck in" fee per late evening visit. KEY COPIESWe must have 2 working keys at the time of the consultation.
